APARCHĒ is a venture studio created to originate, own, and develop a small number of highly coherent ventures across real estate, hospitality, design, food, and health.

The name APARCHĒ comes from ancient Greek, apo — “from” — and archē — “source”, and can be understood as “from the source” or “from the origin.” It reflects the role of the studio: to act as the original source of capital, vision, standards, and long-term ownership behind each venture.

The idea of “from the source” also reflects the way APARCHĒ approaches its projects: going deeply into each subject, understanding the fundamentals rather than remaining at the surface, and integrating vertically wherever it creates greater control, quality, knowledge, or coherence.
